Got a text that said Mr Khan was added as a payee, sounded like a total scam to me.

I got a text from a number claiming to be from Lloyd's Bank saying a new payee had been added to my account. It told me to ring this number if I hadn't made the change. They also included a dodgy link lloydbank-newpayee[###], which was a bit of a red flag because they wrote 'Lloyd' without the 's'. I reported it to Lloyd's who confirmed it was a scam. They assured me there's no risk as long as you don't share any bank or personal info with them.

Got an SMS from +44 07903 562261 saying a Mr Khan was added to my Lloyds account. It told me to check if it wasn’t me and visit LloydsBank-newpayee[###]. Seems dodgy to me!
