Today, 26/10/2018, Lisa really outdid herself with me. She asked if my windows were more than ten years old, and after I told her I was quite happy with them, she snapped, “oh f##k off then!” I decided to call her back. She wasn’t keen on giving her name but after some insisting, she finally did. I told her, “You’re the one I just told to f##k off,” and she hung up straight away!
