Totally a scam! Halifax never rings you from a mobile number like that, and their real website link wouldn't be something weird like [#][#]halifax[###]/. Also, real customer service won't use a .live domain for their emails - that's a big red flag. Stay cautious!

Just got a call from 07903 228070 about some Halifax confirmation or something. The weird part is, I don’t even have an account with Halifax. So yeah, if you get a call from them, don’t bother answering or clicking any links they send. Definitely sounds like a scam.

Just got a text from this number saying: HALIFAX ALERT: New payee added on 21/11 at 14:47:36. If you didn’t do this, check out: [#]customer-support.live. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with Halifax, so I reckon it’s dodgy and probably a phishing attempt.
