It’s a quick thing, won’t take long” Anyone who knows me always signs their name. Also, the message had no punctuation at all which made me suspicious it was some kind of scam maybe from overseas. So I decided to report it to my phone company straight away.7 monthsGot a text from this number saying, "Hi! Are you available right now?" I replied with a simple "No," figuring it was probably a scam. Then they followed up with, “Hello, this is Benjamin Archie from Adecco UK. We found a job that suits your profile. Can I send details about the role and salary?” I told them, “No thanks, I never applied for anything and I don’t have that kind of profile.” Me and another person have reported the number to 'Who Called Me' and my mobile provider. To me, this feels way dodgier than the usual annoying calls about life insurance or switching energy firms.
