My mum, who's quite old, got a call from someone claiming to be from a home insurance firm, saying they handled her washing machine and fridge and that she had an account with them. She actually doesn't have any accounts like that. Sadly, she ended up giving them her bank info, and now I've had to rush to the bank to stop any money being taken. It's really frustrating!

Got a call from someone saying they were from Call Protect or Call Safe Guard claiming I owe £145 because of a contract with them. But when I asked for proof or the actual contract, they just refused to show it. Honestly, they've been really annoying and keep hassling me about it.
