Got a message about some new gadget being linked to my Santander account on the 24th of Oct. I’ve got no idea what it’s talking about. I looked up the number, and honestly, it seems sketchy. I’d just say don’t bother clicking on the link and just ignore it.

Just got a message saying my Apple Pay isn’t working, but I don’t even use Apple Pay! Looks like a phishing scam to me. Watch out everyone, don’t fall for it!

Got a daft message from this number on my phone saying something about Apple Pay, seemed like spam to me. I just left it alone, didn’t bother replying. Wanted to report it but sadly my mobile provider doesn’t give me the option to do that. What a waste!

Doing nothing means they’ll just keep coming. Since we're getting bombarded with these dodgy calls and texts, the authorities ought to be flooded with complaints too.

I got a call from some bloke called Phillip Knight in Swinton, seems he’s got a serious problem with drink and drugs. His missus, Donna, is a right troublemaker too, apparently they nick handbags from old ladies down at Asda. If you use their info to send parcels to their neighbours, they end up collecting them and causing all sorts of drama. The whole family’s a bit of a mess, loads of odd characters inbred and daft. From what I hear, Angie’s always just lying about doing nothing useful.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAM LINKS! Seriously, don’t click on them! There are loads of posts explaining how to report these scams and why it’s important to do so, plus why just blocking the number isn’t enough. FYI, if you click on one of these sketchy links, you might end up with malware on your phone or PC. It’s a good idea to have reliable security software on all your devices - computers or smartphones - that can actually warn you about dodgy links and run scans for malware too. Stay safe!
