Some bloke said he was from BT, but he wouldn’t let me get a word in. Kept butting in and talking over me the whole time. Didn’t believe me when I told him I’m not the one handling the internet account. Was adamant there was some issue going on. Tried telling him to calm down and listen, but he just cut me off straight away. Proper annoying.
