Got a call saying it was from Visa about a £900 withdrawal attempt on my card. Problem is, I don't even have a Visa credit card! Felt like a clear scam right away.

07901 868228 kept ringing me up loads of times, saying they were from the police in Scotland. After that, they sent a text saying they were worried about me and mentioned some Thomas King. I'm a woman and have no idea who that is. When I started blocking the number, they switched to calling from a private number. A Scottish lad answered, again pretending to be a cop. I asked for his name, but he wouldn’t tell me, then asked for mine. I told him I needed proof he was legit and wanted to know who he was after before carrying on. He soon got rude so I just ended the call.

I got a call from someone with an Indian accent on 01227003050, saying they were from Microsoft. When I asked if it was about a computer issue, they snapped at me to "BE QUIET." I wasn’t having any of it and told them to stop being rude and to leave me alone. After that, the bloke suddenly quietened and tried to carry on with his spiel, but obviously I wasn’t having a bar of it and hung up straight away.

The number was unfamiliar, so I just ignored the call like I normally do. Since they didn’t bother leaving a message, I haven’t felt any need to call back.

I got calls too from 07835397562 and 07540197413, both from what seems like the same firm. I’ve told them to take my info off their list loads of times but they just don’t listen at all. I reckon it’s about time someone looked into how we can officially complain about them.

I got a call about some kind of 'survey' but the bloke kept asking me for the date and what year it was, which felt a bit odd. Didn’t give it to him and just ended up blocking the number.

Got a call from someone doing a survey, but they kept going on and on and honestly, it was quite confusing trying to keep up with what they were asking. Felt like they used far too much fancy language and I couldn’t really follow half of it. Not the best use of my time, really!
