We’re just trying to be straightforward here! But I must admit, I’ve often found it challenging to express this outright.” To clarify, we only ever reach for your number in urgent situations. Not many even know who it belongs to, and I can assure you, that’s not how the original message read. We’ve never encountered anything like spam before, and ever since that incident, it’s left us feeling quite uneasy and a bit annoyed.

I received a rather odd text message saying, "Alright love, what are you up to? We can't help but think about you when we see you or your pictures! We just want you to be alright! But I keep putting off saying this, xx." Honestly, we only use our mobile for urgent matters, and hardly anyone knows the number. I can assure you this isn't a legitimate message. I've never encountered 'spam' texts before, and this experience has both unsettled and annoyed us immensely.
