Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about my internet licence being hacked and causing errors. The woman on the phone, who sounded Asian, said it wasn’t my IP address but the licence itself. Curious, I asked what exactly the internet licence was and who supplies it. She just brushed past the questions and stuck to her lines. I pressed her again and she quickly hung up. Obviously, I knew it was a scam right away, but I enjoy throwing them off by asking stuff they don't have answers for.
