Don’t press anything - you’ll just be trapped in the loop. Made sure to report it to gov.org/phishing and the police’s phishing page, plus the financial watchdog. The message advised pressing one if I wanted to cancel the payment; however, I reckon this is a classic banking scam or a ploy to send you to an expensive premium phone line. Whatever you do, don’t press that button-it's just a loop feeding you the same nonsense. I strongly recommend reporting this to gov.org/phishing, as well as informing the police through their phishing website, and don't forget the Financial Conduct Authority.
