Got a call from an unfamiliar mobile number so I picked up, only to hear a message saying it was from the credit card fraud team claiming I'd got a pending charge of £900. Obviously, they told me to press 1 to stop it - no chance! What really gets me is how easily people who aren’t aware might fall for this and lose their money. I’m honestly fed up with these scammers trying to take advantage of me and loads of other innocent folks. This sort of thing needs to be stopped, and fast!
