Dodgy call for sure. Some unknown number rang me but they never said who they were. The message was pre-recorded saying there were two payments taken from my account, but no details about which one. I hung up straight away. Banks hardly ever phone like this, so it’s probably a scam. It’s really upsetting how easily older folks or those who aren’t tech-savvy can fall for these tricks.
