Had a text pop up saying it was from EE, telling me they couldn’t take my last payment. It said something like, "[EE]:Your bill hasnt gone through, update your payment details here: [#]ee[###].paymentinfo091[###]?e=3" I didn’t bother clicking the link. Instead, I just checked my account online and saw the payment of £21.08.2020 had cleared fine, no issues at all.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who started by asking how I was, like she really cared. Turns out, they’re just trying to sell you stuff. Hung up and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent, asking me to confirm my house number and postcode. I asked what for, and then he just hung up on me. Pretty clear it’s some kind of scam, especially since I’m signed up with the TPS. Be careful and don’t hand over any personal info to these dodgy callers. The number itself looked suspicious, like it was straight out of a scammer’s playbook.
