My phone buzzed and a lady called Emma Kirby answered straight away, saying, "I’m your local energy advisor. You’re the owner of the house, right?" Interestingly, about a week before, I'd gotten a call from the exact same voice and name but from a completely different number. I didn’t fall for it then or now - told her “You’re trying to scam me, goodbye,” and hung up. Sounds like either a pushy cold caller or possibly a scam in disguise. Definitely not someone I trust.
