Got a call saying they were charging me £79.99 to renew my Amazon Prime. Thing is, I’ve never signed up for Prime at all. The guy claimed maybe someone else okayed it, but I told him absolutely not. Then he just started yelling at me, asking HOW DO YOU KNOW? HOW DO YOU KNOW? I just ended the call there and then.
