Beware, this is definitely a scam! I got an automated call talking about two withdrawals from my account (£700 and £800). When I pressed 1 to stop the payments, it immediately connected me to a person. They started asking for my details but never gave any proof of who they were. None of those transactions showed up on my banking app either. Because I didn’t feel comfortable giving anything away, they just hung up on me. Totally fishy and clearly a trick to steal your cash.
