Got a call from 07899 639498 which just rings once then cuts off before you can even answer. No clue who it is, so I blocked it straight away, seems dodgy. Looks like they’re testing which numbers are live to build a list to flog to scammers. Adding this number to your block list is the best way to stop them bothering you. These lot want to nick your details, money, even your identity and possessions! Number’s been flagged and sent over to Ofcom and BT so hopefully they’ll crack down on these muppets. Don’t let them get to you - just block and ignore so they dry up and die out.
