I’m not certain if it was a scam or not, but I did get in touch with Amazon just to be safe. Got an automated phone call saying thanks for subscribing to Amazon Prime for the year, with a voice telling me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel. I hit 1 right away without listening to everything, and the message just kept repeating. Could be one of those expensive premium number scams. I logged into my Amazon account (hadn't checked it in ages) and reported the call to them, plus wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to be billed for anything.
