Got a call claiming to be from HMRC, with a robotic voice telling me to press 1 about a letter that supposedly bounced back, saying I owed some money. When I finally got through to someone who sounded Indian and claimed to be from HMRC, they seemed clueless about why I was ringing. They quickly asked for personal details, which obviously you should never hand over. Definitely a scam, but I thought I'd mess around and feed them a bunch of nonsense just to waste their time.
