I answered the phone and out of nowhere, the person on the other end just started shouting swear words at me, no idea why. Then they hung up straight away. Not sure if this was some kind of joke, but it really wasn’t amusing at all.

Got a message just the other day from this number saying I'd got some tax refund waiting for me, with a link to click on. Just a heads up, don’t tap on it! HMRC would never contact you like that. Stay safe!
