Got a text claiming to be from Lloyds saying some bloke called R Williams added himself as a payee to my bank account. The message told me to click a link to stop it. Complete nonsense - nothing on my account even remotely matched that at all. Definitely looks like a scam to me.

Got a dodgy text telling me someone added a payee to my bank account. Obviously didn’t click anything, felt like a proper scam trying to get in my details. Just a heads up for anyone else getting weird messages like this!

I got a call from someone claiming I’d recently added a new payee to my bank account, which I definitely did not do. Really suspicious!
