Got a text that kicked off with ALERT: dated Sunday 23/08/20. Lately, I’ve noticed a couple of strange calls and texts coming through as well. Looks like someone’s just passing around phone numbers and spamming them hoping someone bites. A few were about PayPal warnings and some stuff about BT internet being hacked.

Got a text saying someone called R Davies was successfully added to my account, with a link to Nationwide. Problem is, I don’t even have any Nationwide accounts at all. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

I got a txt saying a Mr R Davies has been added to my nationwide acct, same as what others have mentioned. I just chose to ignore it but honestly there shouldnt there be a place to report these scams? That way they could block the number and stop it from bothering more ppl. Its annoying coz some people end up falling for it.
