Had a really bad experience with a rude guy from India.

This morning I got a call from this number. When I picked up, there was silence for a bit and then a man with a dodgy Indian accent asked if I was my name. Somehow he already knew it. I didn't confirm and asked who was calling instead. He then said, "I'm your dad, I'm your f***ing dad," before hanging up on me. I was really shaken and tried ringing back but the number was no longer in service.
