9 yearsGot a call earlier today, my phone didn’t flag it as spam. It was a woman called Sarah, her English wasn’t very clear. She asked for me by name and seemed to already know my full name and postcode. Then she started asking which bank I use. When I asked what it was about, she said there was some suspicious activity on my Natwest account. The thing is, I’ve never even had an account with Natwest. She kept insisting that I did and pushed for more info. When I refused to share and told her it wasn’t her business, she just hung up.
