Got a call from someone saying they were from The Carphone Warehouse, told me they’d sorted an upgrade for my phone. Never got any email to back it up though. So, when I rang them back to check, a woman picked up but kept hanging up on me whenever I asked about the order. I ended up calling the official Carphone Warehouse number and they said there wasn’t any order in their system. Tried ringing that dodgy number again and the lady just kept ending the call. Felt proper suspicious!
