Got a ring from this number not long ago. A machine with an American twang left a voicemail saying something about "an important letter sent to you got bounced back to the HMRC paperwork team (or something like that)." They said legal steps would be taken soon and told me to press one to talk to their agent. No clear details on who they were or what it was about, just lots of pressure and urgency. Sounds like a proper scam if you ask me.
