I've received calls from this number quite a few times now. It’s a man's voice, but the language sounds like some sort of foreign, maybe guttural tongue I can't quite place. Honestly, it feels risky, especially since it’s been ringing an old, very frail relative of mine. Definitely gives off a worrying vibe.
