Had a call earlier today. The bloke knew my name and an old address of mine. He said he was from PPI CLAIMS and claimed I’d taken out a loan back in 2005. I told him I’d never done any such thing. Despite that, he kept insisting I did. I told the guy multiple times I hadn’t got a loan - surely I’d know - but he kept going. He then asked if I was absolutely certain. Can you believe it? The call ended there. Later this afternoon, he rang me again - the same rude chap. I explained I’d already talked to him that morning, but he cut me off again. Proper nasty. I tried ringing the number back, only to get a message saying it wasn’t recognised and to double-check the digits. If he phones me again, I’m going to tell him exactly what I think, no holding back. Simple as that.

I recently received a call claiming that there’s an outstanding amount of £1600 due from a loan we were supposedly granted back in 2004. It all feels rather dodgy to me, so we decided to hang up.
