Got a call first from 07480487435 pushing some dodgy wine investment scheme. I told them straight up no and blocked the number. Then they rang again from 07897035245 later on. I told them to do one and blocked that too. Total spam and full of it. They said they’d contacted me before, which is rubbish, but weirdly they knew my first name, which gave me the creeps.

I picked up the phone just to be greeted by nothing but some weird elevator tunes. Pretty awkward.

So the phone rings and when you pick up, it just switches you over to some other number. Honestly, it’s best to not even bother answering and just block it right away.

I keep getting calls from random numbers asking for Mr Peters. I've told them each time it's the wrong number. Finally, today someone actually said sorry. I block them all but they always ring from a new number.

Got a voicemail but no one actually spoke, just background noise that sounded like a busy call centre.

Got a missed call but they didn’t leave any voicemail. When I rang back, all I got was an automated voice saying, “Sorry, the system is busy, try again later.” Looks like one of those annoying spam calls to me.
