expert market is just a comparison website. like some others said, i think they didnt leave a message because it was an autodial call. the woman who called was really polite. i had been searching for a card payment system for my business and had used their price comparison tool (though i couldnt recall their name at first). she was calling to check if i got the 4 quotes and if the vendors had followed up. sure she asked if i wanted to compare any other services (just doing her job trying to upsell) but it was a decent call overall.
