I picked up when this number rang but no one said a word. Normally, if I don’t know the number, I wait for them to speak first, but these lot just stayed quiet for about 10 seconds then cut off. No idea who they were or what the deal was, but I looked them up and there’s loads of bad reviews, so I’d be careful if you get a call from them.

Got a call from some guy in the US all hyped about selling marketing stuff. Told him I’m already sorted, but instead of being chill, he got all snotty with me. Honestly, he should probably brush up on how to treat customers before ringing people like me again. Proper customer service is key, mate.
