I’ve attempted to pick up the call, but it hangs up on me each time.

The individual on the other end had my name, which was rather unsettling. They were trying to pull a fast one, attempting to con me into an online investment scheme.

She claimed she was keen to have a chat regarding online investments and even mentioned my name. Quite odd, if you ask me!

The caller seemed to be aware of my name, which raised a few red flags for me. When I remarked that it felt a bit dodgy, the lady on the other end interpreted it as if I were accusing her of being the scammer. It was in relation to a company I’d never come across before and had no dealings with at all! Quite the bizarre experience, I must say.
