Received four calls from this number-definitely a scammer! Best to just block it.

Claimed to be from NatWest, and even showed up as their number on my phone. They left a voicemail telling me to press one to verify a transaction. I've previously been warned about these scams, so I’m not biting. Seriously folks, don't let yourselves be duped by this nonsense! And if you do, well, best of luck! 😂

I've been getting constant annoying calls non-stop, it's really upsetting.

When will the authorities or the police finally take action against these deceitful scoundrels? I'm utterly fed up with this nonsense happening every single day. Just recently, some numpty from an outfit called the FCA had the nerve to tell me to basically shove it. What a complete and utter pillock!

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the FCA, telling me my information had been spotted in some dodgy trading records.

They gave me a name and an email, saying it was about some investment loss. I asked them to send me the info by email, but of course, I never got anything.

I got a few calls from this number and when I listened to the voicemail, the guy sounded like he was totally wasted.

This number has been blowing my phone up non-stop for about a month now. I've got loads of screenshots showing just how many times they've called me.

I've been getting phone calls non-stop from someone falsely accusing me of engaging in unlawful trading activities.

I requested that he takes my details out of his records, yet he persists in ringing me up, insisting he’s calling from the Financial Conduct Authority. I've decided to block the number altogether now.

What a dodgy situation! A chap from some place called Coinalrec rang me up, using my name like he knew me. He claimed he could assist me in retrieving funds I'd supposedly lost. Initially, I thought my relationship manager had passed my details on to someone who could help. But then, he started pestering me for all sorts of personal information, insisting it was necessary for me to get into this account that would somehow restore my “lost” cash. Honestly, just felt like a setup to me!

I was just trying to get some info on my online investment.

I got a call from a bloke with an accent, said something about money being moved without my say and that it was stuck in some kind of secure fund or whatever. Honestly, I wasn’t paying much attention and just ended up hanging up straight away. Classic scam stuff, I reckon.

They keep ringing but I just let it go to voicemail and don’t pick up.

Unwanted calls, just give them the boot and block the number!

Caution is advised when interacting with this individual; they seem to be up to no good.

I picked up the phone and, to my surprise, a chap addressed me by my last name! Quite the polished operation, I must say! 😂 He then launched into a tirade about some sort of claim that I apparently had lodged, rambling on without a pause. When I mentioned I hadn’t made any claims whatsoever, he abruptly hung up on me. Honestly, no reputable organisation would contact you from a mobile number like that!

Got a call from some bloke with a weird accent and loads of noise in the background. He said his name was 'Derek' and claimed to be from an 'Investigation team' or something. I didn't bother listening and just ended the call.

I received an unexpected voicemail but there wasn’t any message left. I’ve since gone ahead and blocked the number.

Got a call from someone with a strong Asian accent asking me for my banking info. Never asked for this call, so I just blocked the number straight away. Total cold call!

Just ignore it!!

Received a call aimed at accessing your bank details. Best to keep your phone off. If anyone’s got the means, it’d be wise to alert the proper authorities. These sort of individuals deserve a cell!

It seems there's an odd situation where they claim I’ve got funds waiting for me, but they’re quite vague about the source. They urged me to visit a website to enter my email and password, but I flatly refused. Instead, I asked them to provide more details, as I’m fully aware that I'm not expecting any payments from anyone. It’s just the usual nonsense, trying to confuse me with their flimsy tricks-it's not going to fly, mate!

I’ve put that Forex number straight onto my block list, totally dodgy stuff.

I had a rather dodgy fellow named Richard give me a ring, claiming he was from the Financial Conduct Authority here in the UK. Now, it’s quite suspect to get a call from a mobile number for something like that. Even stranger was the fact that he wouldn't end the call when I pressed him for details! Something definitely seems off.

It just kept ringing with no option to leave a voicemail. The number showed up as from Berlin, so I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

Got a few calls from this number but didn’t pick up as I didn’t know who it was.

They called me a few times but never left any voicemail. When I tried calling back, the line was really bad and I couldn't make out who it was. I think it had something to do with Forex trading or investments, though.

Got a call about forex trading, and when I told them I wasn’t interested, the person on the other end just started swearing at me, kept saying "f### you" again and again. Proper rude!

Be cautious with incoming calls like this one; it’s likely a scammer trying to pull a fast one on you. Make sure to screen your calls!

This call was undoubtedly a scam. The caller kept insisting she would investigate my account to see if there were any funds owed to me, and offered to assist in retrieving them. It's quite alarming she had my personal information; I can only assume it was passed to her by someone else. It was particularly odd how insistent she was about calling me again the following day. After finishing the conversation, I promptly blocked her number. It's clear to me that no reputable business would contact you from a personal mobile. During our chat, she inquired about my middle name, but I managed to tell her that I didn't possess one. Luckily, I recently received a new debit card from my bank. Since 9:24 this morning, I’ve received no fewer than 18 calls from various unknown numbers. PLEASE, do not fall victim to these scammers - steer clear of engaging with unfamiliar callers for surveys or anything else. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE EXPERTS AT MANIPULATION AND DECEIT!!!!

It seems they frequently dial from a telecom provider that operates numerous lines, which explains why they manage to reach you from various numbers even if you've blocked them. You might find yourself needing to block them multiple times-maybe five or six-to finally put an end to their calls.

I received a rather unsolicited call from this number, with a fella on the other end requesting my name and such. Naturally, I declined to share any information, promptly ended the call, and went ahead to block the number. Surprisingly, I ended up getting two more calls from the same blocked number, but I chose not to pick up. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

Received a call from someone claiming to represent a federal investment recovery agency. They went on about retrieving my funds from past investments, droning on and on. It’s clearly a complete scam!

On the 8th of October, I got a call. I’m based in the Netherlands and chose not to pick up the phone.

Not sure who this was, but if it really was something urgent, you’d figure they’d have called back or tried ringing again by now, especially after three hours.

I find it quite hard to swallow that someone would pose as being affiliated with the FSC on a mobile number. It just doesn't add up, if you ask me.
