Got a text from John Lewis asking me to verify recent purchases by replying Y or N. One seemed genuine but the other definitely raised an eyebrow. I looked at my bank statement and saw no charge from ‘Spark Technology’. I also searched online for Spark Technology linked to John Lewis and found nothing. Feels like a scam to me. They must’ve had some kind of access to my John Lewis order history, which makes it pretty worrying. I ignored the message, so I’m not sure what would’ve happened if I’d replied.

Someone called me pretending to be from NatWest, but something seemed off about it. Definitely sounded dodgy, like a scammer trying to phish information. Don’t trust those calls even if they say the bank’s name.

Got texts from someone claiming to be NatWest, saying there were dodgy transactions about to come out of my account. Then they kept ringing me non stop, trying to guide me step by step on how to get rid of these “payments” by accepting some requests on my banking app. Proper scammer move!

Got a text from this number claiming to be Nat West, asking if I'd made some payments. I replied NO, but soon figured it was a scam and stopped there. I've now reported it to Nat West’s fraud team.

Got a call that seemed dodgy, they were trying to get my details but it didn’t feel right at all.

Got a missed call then a text from the same number saying there were several payments taken from my bank account and that my debit card was blocked. They told me to ring them back to check the transactions.
What worries me is they seemed to have somehow used NatWest's actual text alert system too, as I got a genuine-looking notification from them as well.

Got a call that said it was Natwest, and they even used Natwest’s security texts to make it look real. The number showed up as Natwest too, but I’m sure it’s a scam.
