Got a call from 07295765785, they told me my national insurance number was linked to some dodgy stuff happening in north wales. Pretty sure it’s one of those scam calls trying to trick me.

so i picked up this number yesterday and they asked if i was interested in taking out a loan. i told them i was thinking about it but changed my mind. they just said alright and hung up. then they called me like 3 or 4 more times which i ignored until i finally blocked the number. feels like this phone is tied to all sorts of scams.

At first, I just stayed quiet and the person on the other end just hung up. Later, I picked up again, but there was nothing said, just silence before the call ended. This has happened a couple more times from different numbers too. Weird behaviour all round.

Someone called saying they were from the government benefits office, but it seemed fishy. They kept mixing up digits and dates from different places. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now. Also, don’t even think about calling back - it costs £2 straight away, even if you just hang up!

Got three calls one after another, all from different phone numbers but the bloke sounded Indian every time. I just hung up before he even finished speaking.

Got another call from this number today. Unlike before, the caller actually spoke and claimed they were from some call blocking company. They said they were helping to block spam calls and were going to update my call blocking settings or something. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
