Definitely a scam call. The person said they were with Blackhorse's PPI refund team, but I had a hard time following what they wanted since their accent was all over the place. I think they mentioned something about a 40% fee and some kind of insurance, but it was pretty confusing overall. Wouldn't trust them one bit!

These spam calls have been driving me mad for ages now - they come through on my landline, my mobile, and even my partner's phone. Honestly, I'm so fed up with it all!
