This bloke called up, saying there was a problem with some “block chain” investment and he wanted to help us sort it out. Right away, we told him it sounded dodgy and asked how he could be so sure. He wanted us to explain what gave the game away. We told him we could tell it was a call centre and he didn't seem to know what he was on about. Then he asked us to give him our full name and address to prove it wasn't a scam. We pointed out he should already have those details if the investment was really ours. After that, he just hung up on us.
