Got a ring from some bloke speaking with a heavy Indian accent claiming he was calling on behalf of O2. He started banging on about knocking 40% off my phone bill from next week. I shot back asking for a bit of proof by requesting a security question - “Can you tell me my name?” He seemed puzzled as to why I'd be quizzing my own provider like that. Honestly, they didn't seem all that clever, and if they really worked for O2, I’d expect a bit more manners when I ask for verification.
