I mentioned to my husband that he might have a pension payout coming. He usually gets a bit harsh when phone calls like this come through, and this lady on the other end warned him the call was being recorded and said being rude was an offence. He just told her if there’s money waiting for him, then send it through the post, and then just ended the call.
