I got a message from this number saying "Hey dad, this is my new phone…" which felt a bit dodgy. I had just missed payments on some credit cards, and around the same time, I was getting calls and texts from credit card companies - all of which I blocked since the numbers were legit. It kinda makes me wonder if Capital One or maybe even 118118 was sending that text as well, but who knows, it could just be a coincidence. Whatever the case, I’d steer clear of this number.
