Got a call from someone claiming to be a 14 year old lad saying they worked for Indeed HR and wanted to chat about a job offer, asking me to add them on WhatsApp. Now, I mean, Indeed's just a site where companies list jobs, not where they reach out directly, right? Plus, trying to do serious job stuff over WhatsApp is just silly. Honestly, it felt so dodgy and amateurish, I couldn’t help but laugh at how obvious the scam was.
