Got a call from a number I didn’t recongise and I ignored it. They didn’t bother leaving a voicemail or anything, so after checking the reviews I decided to block it for good.

Got a call from a random number and just ignored it, let it ring till it stopped. Bet it was one of those scam calls again.

They act like they’re from your provider, like O2 or something, then try to sell you some amazing deal. Total scam, just hang up and don’t fall for it. These fraudsters never get caught. The police are too busy bothering hardworking folks over a silly social media post. If they can’t deal with these scammers now, we’re in trouble once electronic ID stuff starts. God help us all.

It sounded like some call centre person with an accent I couldn’t place, but they did know my shortened name. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
