So from what I've heard, this number is supposed to belong to Citrus Communications, but it looks like scammers keep hijacking it to make calls. Loads of people have reported getting dodgy calls from this number, so it doesn't seem like it's really the company making those calls. Seems like scammers are just using their number to trick folks.
