Didn’t bother with any proper intro, just the usual scammy spiel. Sounds like a total scam to me, so I just ended the call.

I told the bloke I don’t even have a mortgage, and then he switched to talking about equity release without letting me speak. After I said I rent instead, he just hung up straight away. Pretty clear it was just another scam.
