Got a couple of messages earlier about the power outage we had today from this number. They included an incident number which checked out exactly with the one listed on the National Grid website - I made sure to go on the site myself rather than tap any link in the text coz I wasn’t sure if it was proper. Seems to me like this was a genuine number from National Grid, nothing dodgy.
