We've been plagued by four calls from this daft company after mistakenly submitting a wrong application for a Dorris Littleballs, complete with her own phone number. One has to wonder when these folks will finally wake up and realise the mix-up before they dial us again! What a right mess!

I haven't a clue who these individuals are or how they obtained our mobile number. The moment we called them back, they claimed our number had been shared, and when we pressed them for details, they insisted that it was confidential! I mean, it's our number they're ringing, for goodness' sake! How utterly absurd is that?

We’ve been inundated with calls from these individuals using different names, but they refuse to provide any proper details. It’s nothing but a load of fibs. I tried reaching out to 0800 694 3328 in search of genuine information, yet all I got was "we can't disclose that". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said, "no one is available at this time”. So who exactly was on the line? Honestly, the lowest of the low, these callers. Let’s keep at them relentlessly, report them as much as we can, and hopefully, justice will catch up with them eventually.

I received a call earlier from a chap with a Welsh accent, claiming he’d had a chat with my wife the other day and was meant to ring back at half ten this morning. It was complete and utter rubbish! Nevertheless, he was adamant he had her details. I made it clear that I have no financial troubles whatsoever, and after a bit of back-and-forth banter, he apologised and promptly hung up. It’s quite evident these folks are trying to fish for personal information to rope individuals in as clients. Very dodgy behaviour, if you ask me!

I received a call today at precisely 15:34 on the 27th of July 2008 from a gentleman sporting a distinctive Welsh accent. He was rather insufferable and rather full of himself. He claimed to be from something called the 'Compensation Network' and wanted to know when we were expecting to see any funds from our vehicle injury claim. When we pressed him for further details about the company, he abruptly hung up. Quite rude, really!

Received a call from them earlier today. The person on the other end claimed to be affiliated with DSN and promptly launched into a sales spiel. We had recently parted ways with them and asked how they got hold of our number. They came up with some vague excuse but couldn’t disclose from whom it originated. We made it clear that we weren’t interested in any assistance with debt and found their call rather bothersome, so we hung up. I’ve since blocked their number. Best to just steer clear of it altogether!

I just received a call from this number, and they were inquiring about our mum. It seems rather odd, as this individual had applied for a loan almost a year back while residing with us, using our number. I have a strong suspicion that one of those loan companies has shared our details with this firm.

I think we've cracked the case! I kept dialing their Freephone number (0800 694 3328) relentlessly all day, asking to talk to the Team Leader. After about a dozen attempts, it seems our calls were cut off automatically before we could reach someone, probably to spare them the hassle of dealing with an irritated operator. It appears we've landed ourselves on a blacklist, preventing us from bothering them any further. Given that we haven’t had any calls from them in over a month, it seems their little block is doing the trick! Hooray for us!

My experience with their complimentary counselling service was a breeze and, depending on where you’re at in life, it might just help you pocket a few quid. Today, I enquired about their identity and was told they represent the "Consumer Compensation Service" based in Hull, postcode HU9 5NJ. I'm a bit sceptical about their legitimacy, to be honest. I'm considering lodging a complaint with the Phone Preference Service unless anyone can provide me with some reliable information regarding this outfit?
