He mentioned that there’s a £49.99 administration fee necessary for the legal paperwork that I'm apparently about to receive and need to sign. We contacted our bank immediately to block the card-complete fraud alert! TLC Loans, mind you. We tried reaching out to them for a refund, but they kept us waiting endlessly on hold. It’s absolutely maddening! They even had the audacity to request our card details under the guise of confirming our address.
