This has definitely been a scam. At first they claimed to be architects, then plumbers, and now they’re saying it’s about a credit card - supposedly charging £900. They took that from my Visa, leaving me with just 9p left! If they think I’m pressing one to sort it, think again. It’s worrying how easily older or vulnerable folks might fall for this.
