Got a call from someone claiming to be from Cooperative Bank saying a debit for £0.01 was declined, they even read out the last 4 digits of my card to make it sound real. They asked if I'd made the transaction. But the caller said it was from “CooptiveBk?” Sounds fishy to me!

Normally I let unknown numbers go straight to voicemail but I thought this might be the hospital calling me, so I answered. As soon as I heard 'debt issues' and that nonsense, I just ended the call sharpish. Honestly, people like that should be banned or something! Ridiculous!
